Containerized refrigeration system is designed and manufactured to meet the massive ice needs in large concrete project. It integrates the whole electricity and gas control system of ice maker into one standard container, so that it makes transport and installation easy to operate, even transport again after used. Meanwhile, in the container, the air-conditioner system can make sure equipment having a good operating and maintenance condition on the spot.

Note: The suction pumps of this series products are “Little GIANT RIM-U” professional ice-making pump, the seawater types are “WBM-0207” special metering pumps.

 1) Using flurine cooling system as the method of refrigeration, and  water cooling tower or Evaporator condenser as way of condensation.

2)The main parts of containerized refrigeration system include flake ice machine, compressing condenser machine, container with air-conditioner and electronic control system etc.

3) To make sure having a stable capacity of ice making, the supply water temperature should be under 16°C, and our company can provide cool water system according to the actual needs.

4) It had better adopting evaporator condenser to ensure the condensing effect, if the working average temperature is over 35°C.

5) A bigger containerized refrigeration system can be assembled with these types above. That is a machine which produce 100 tons ice per day consists of two containers.
